Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Prior experience in real estate regularization with practical knowledge of interactions with municipal agencies (City Hall) and Real Estate Registries; Understanding of licensing, construction permits, and occupancy certificates; Power BI knowledge is desirable; Availability to work 100% on-site in Indaiatuba/SP. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** Conduct ESG analysis and real estate due diligence; Manage third-party teams; Carry out urban and rural real estate regularization by identifying and resolving documentation, tax, and urban planning issues with relevant authorities; Monitor deadlines and progress of administrative processes, maintaining updated records and performing follow-ups with competent agencies. Review required documentation for real estate regularization (deeds, registrations, plans, etc.) and ensure documents meet legal and regulatory requirements. Serve as a liaison with municipal agencies, particularly urban planning, development, environmental, and public works departments, ensuring regularization processes comply with current regulations. Track real estate registration processes at registries, including requesting certificates and verifying pending issues.
