We are looking for a **Senior IT Infrastructure Analyst** to join our team. If you are committed, dynamic, and eager to learn, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities:** \- Perform preventive/corrective maintenance on equipment (Windows and Mac computers, EPSON/HP printers, industrial equipment); \- Manage information security (LGPD, access control, backups, and monitoring); \- Provide technical support to headquarters, branches, and remote teams; \- Manage hardware inventory, contracts, and suppliers; \- Ensure infrastructure performance and availability by defining and tracking KPIs; \- Seek cost optimization through technological solutions and supplier management; \- Document procedures and participate in continuous improvement projects. **Requirements** \- Bachelor’s degree in Network Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields; \- Solid experience in IT infrastructure with hands-on work in corporate environments; \- Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems; \- Experience with backup tools, access control systems, and network monitoring tools; \- Knowledge of information security, best practices, and risk mitigation; \- Familiarity with storage servers, industrial printers, and software such as Microsoft Office and Adobe; \- Proactive profile with a strong sense of urgency and autonomy in problem resolution.
