The mission involves ensuring network stability, delivering high-quality user support (including VIP users), maintaining IT environment reliability, and safeguarding IT assets—all while collaborating synergistically with corporate teams to uphold standards, security, and high availability. Key responsibilities include monitoring the branch’s network infrastructure; Supporting network integrations for machinery and operational systems; configuring and maintaining UniFi Wi-Fi; administering Cloud Telephony (Digivox PABX); managing Windows workstations, printers, and operational devices; Also responsible for managing privileged access and local IT inventory; monitoring rack/CPD temperature and environmental conditions; performing tests and ensuring proper operation of APC UPS units; and planning maintenance windows to minimize operational impact. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in IT, Networking, or related fields. Experience with Windows 7/10/11 and Windows Server 2008 or later, including Active Directory administration, Group Policy, MFA, and VPN. Knowledge of FortiGate and FortiAnalyzer firewalls, UniFi Wi-Fi, Cloud IP Telephony, Zabbix, and Grafana. Fundamental understanding of ITIL and asset management.
