





**Requirements / Required Knowledge:** * Maintain the technology park (hardware and software) by providing technical support to users on-site and remotely. * Keep equipment and peripheral inventories up to date. * Receive, analyze, register, and resolve incidents and requests. * Create and maintain updated technical documentation and procedures for the area. * Install, configure, and resolve computer incidents (desktops and laptops). * Install and resolve factory equipment incidents (scanners, scales, thermal printers). * Open external service tickets related to outsourced IT services and warranty services with manufacturers. * Install and configure systems. * Install, configure, and resolve videoconferencing equipment incidents. * Install, configure, and resolve smartphone incidents. * Install, configure, and resolve Wi-Fi antennas and network incidents. * Act as the local point of contact for the Infrastructure team when on-site support is needed at facilities. **Required Knowledge:** * Experience in **microcomputer support (general infrastructure, hardware, software, and user support).** * Completed or ongoing higher education in Information Technology. * Experience with IT maturity frameworks: ITIL, COBIT. * **Advanced English** for conversation, which will be essential. **Additional Information:** * Work location: Sumaré - SP.
