We value organization, communication, creativity, and focus on user experience. **Responsibilities** * Understand and detail project requirements with stakeholders and clients. * Organize and prioritize the task and delivery queue (backlog). * Track initiative progress and support alignment across teams. * Map requirements and workflows for new features. * Support the creation of wireframes and simple prototypes for UX/UI studies. * Assist in developing screens and interfaces when needed (using tools such as Figma). * Prepare project documentation and status reports. **Desirable Qualifications** * Knowledge of UX/UI (user research, wireframing, prototyping) * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) **Benefits:** * Meal/food allowance: BRL 594; * Cost-of-living allowance: BRL 500; * Totalpass * Health insurance after 3 months; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: BRL 2,142.43 – BRL 3,292.82 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Food allowance * Meal allowance Work Location: On-site
