* **RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Perform tasks technically, adhering to pre-established quality standards and accounting regulations to achieve high-quality, reliable financial reporting with timely delivery;
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
* Minimum of 2 years of experience;
* Minimum Education Level: Completed Bachelor's Degree
* Required Field of Study: Accounting Sciences / Business Administration / Economics
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ERP systems
* Strong communication skills, good interpersonal relationships, attention to detail, critical thinking ability, and punctuality in meeting deadlines.
* Help resolve complex problems, create, innovate, and modernize processes;
* Record accounting events and transactions;
* Analyze financial statements and results; Income Statements (DRE), trial balances, etc.;
* Perform account reconciliations and analyze accounting accounts;
* Provide support to the controller's office as needed;
* Perform reconciliations for direct and indirect taxes;
* Carry out activities aimed at achieving optimal outcomes, supporting the management of all subsystems within the area;
* Analyze area performance indicators and provide support to the controller's office as needed;
* Follow planning, organization, and control of workflow;
* Carry out activities aimed at achieving optimal outcomes, supporting the management of all subsystems within the area;
* Prepare and evaluate departmental reports and spreadsheets, compiling data for preliminary analysis;
* Maintain up-to-date administrative controls for the area of responsibility, conducting studies and performing surveys, analyses,
* Scheduling, verifications, and calculations in administrative activities;
* Disseminate information regarding administrative policies and procedures to area professionals, ensuring compliance;
* Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and proper use of personal and collective protective equipment;
* Organize and maintain the department’s filing system for document storage and easy retrieval;
* Commit to Quality Management, Environmental, and Occupational Safety areas;
* Perform other related duties as assigned by the organization, per guidance from the immediate supervisor

Compensation: R$4,000.00 – R$5,500.00 per month
