### **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate teams of electricians and assistants in installation, assembly, maintenance, and repair activities for electrical systems. * Monitor construction execution to ensure quality, safety, and productivity. * Interpret electrical projects, diagrams, and technical specifications. * Ensure compliance with technical standards and safety guidelines (NR-10, NR-35, etc.). * Control material usage and request replenishment when necessary. * Perform measurements, progress records, and daily construction reports. * Assist in planning project phases and collaborate with the responsible engineer. * Maintain appropriate relationships with clients, suppliers, and other construction teams. ### **Prerequisites:** * Completed high school education; technical training in Electrotechnology, Industrial Electricity, or related fields is desirable. * Proven experience as an Electrical Construction Supervisor or team leader within the sector. * Solid knowledge of residential, industrial, and/or infrastructure electrical installations. * Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical projects. * NR-10 certification (mandatory); NR-35 and other relevant standards are advantageous. * Skills in team management, organization, and problem-solving. * Willingness to travel or relocate, if required by the contract. * Ability to maintain clear, assertive communication and focus on results. * Experience in large-scale construction projects or industrial projects. * Knowledge of substations, electrical panels, automation, or power systems.
