Job Summary: Kitchen Assistant for a bar to prepare ingredients, assist in dish preparation, organize and sanitize the kitchen, and support the team with general tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Essential support in kitchen preparation and organization 2. Direct assistance in preparing and finishing dishes and appetizers 3. Prior experience in the field is a plus Bar seeks a Kitchen Assistant in Itu (Downtown). **Responsibilities:** Prepare ingredients, such as cutting, washing, and sorting food items. Assist in preparing cold dishes, sandwiches, appetizers, and side dishes. Organize and maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen. Assist in plating and finalizing dishes before service. Monitor food inventory and report replenishment needs. Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and good kitchen practices. Support the kitchen team with general tasks, such as washing utensils and organizing equipment. Previous roles as Assistant Cook, Kitchen Helper, Restaurant Assistant, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
