




Job Summary: This position assists in pre-preparation and preparation of food, plating, sanitation and organization of areas and utensils, under supervision. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in preparing various menu items 2. Participate in food assembly and restocking 3. Sanitize utensils, equipment, and areas Assist in pre\-preparing and preparing menu items under the guidance of the immediate supervisor, aiming to fulfill one stage of the production process; assist in plating, sanitize and prepare leafy greens, collect and identify food samples, and receive meal vouchers. 1\. Pre\-prepare dishes and/or meats and/or special diets. 2\. Pre\-prepare salads. 3\. Pre\-prepare desserts. 4\. Assist in food assembly and restocking. 5\. Sanitize and prepare leafy greens, fruits, and side dishes. 6\. Plate, distribute, and restock food, beverages, and utensils. 7\. Sanitize utensils, equipment, and areas. 8\. Collect and identify food samples. 9\. Receive meal vouchers (when scheduled for this activity and under the guidance of the immediate supervisor). 10\. Perform related tasks. 11\. Be responsible for Health and Safety, as well as apply standards, procedures, and guidelines of the Health and Safety Management System.
