The professional plays an extremely important role—providing initial patient assistance, communicating with family members and other stakeholders involved in the examination process, and ensuring the highest possible quality of patient care. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conducts patient reception for Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and Computed Tomography (CT) examinations; * Performs nursing care actions under supervision, observing and documenting patients’ signs and symptoms; * Monitors vital signs, performs capillary blood glucose testing, and checks creatinine levels; * Reviews safety questionnaires completed by patients prior to examinations; * Performs venous puncture; * Administers oral and intravenous medications; * Prepares patients for examinations, guiding\-them on required conditions for examination performance; * Conducts pre- and post-examination preparation; * Maintains an organized work unit, ensuring its preservation and reporting any issues to the Nurse; * Cleans, dries, and sterilizes materials used during examinations; * Positions patients according to the specific CT or MRI examination to be performed; * Assists physicians during examinations under anesthesia (as applicable per unit); * Provides post-anesthesia nursing care (as applicable per unit); * Guides patients after examinations; * Provides holistic, systemic patient care; * Ensures workplace organization and cleanliness; * Assists in inventory control of materials, equipment, and medications; * Monitors workflow queue; * Updates the image and CD result anticipation spreadsheet; * Updates the shift incident report spreadsheet; * Updates the MRI and CT department temperature log; * Separates examination films into patient folders and forwards them to the delivery department; * Opens service tickets when necessary; * Demonstrates conflict resolution skills; * Adheres to the Excellence in Service Program, consistently expressing company values. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Nursing Technician qualification with active COREN registration; * Proficiency in performing venous puncture and administering oral and intravenous medications; * Ability to assess safety questionnaires and guide patients regarding examinations; * Humanized reception, empathy, and active listening; * Adherence to excellence-in-service protocols, reflecting company values; * Prior experience in the field. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in imaging services (MRI and CT). **Additional Information** **Benefits:** Meal allowance, Food voucher, Medical insurance, Dental insurance, and Total Pass. **Employment Type:** CLT employment contract, on-site work. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 8:15 PM; Alternate Saturdays, 12:00 PM to 6:15 PM With 30 years of market presence, the **Diagmed Group** has built its history upon pioneering spirit and perseverance.
