Join us on this journey. **\#JoinSynvia** **Responsibilities and Duties** **We count on you to:** * Introduce the department’s scope of work to new employees after Onboarding; * Monitor, train, and guide employees to ensure greater effectiveness and compliance with internal policies; * Evaluate protocol deviations occurring during study conduct and submit them for inclusion in the Clinical Report; * Review internal and external monitoring letters and/or reports for studies and ensure timely delivery of responses and evidence of resolution as stipulated; * Monitor clinical study procedures according to the Protocol and other Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); * Support employees in resolving findings and provide guidance as described in SOPs; * Compile information and prepare monitoring reports related to processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we seek:** * Completed technical education in health, administrative, or related fields and/or undergraduate degree in progress; * Prior experience (internship or professional) in clinical research, quality, processes, or regulatory affairs—preferably within a laboratory or pharmaceutical industry setting. * Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP / ICH-GCP) and applicable clinical trial regulations (ANVISA RDCs, CEP/CONEP guidelines). * Familiarity with the structure and application of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and study protocols. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with intermediate-level Excel skills (data organization, tables, and metrics) and ability to prepare reports. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with capacity to draft clear and precise responses to findings, monitoring letters, and monitoring reports. **Additional Information** **Work Unit:** * Campinas/SP **Work Schedule:** * Tue/Sat, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM * Mon/Fri, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM * 12x36 shift, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM **Benefits Offered:** * Transportation Allowance; * Parking (subject to availability); * Health Insurance with no monthly premium cost to the employee, co-payment required for exams and consultations; * Dental Insurance with co-payment for monthly premium; * Life Insurance at no cost to the employee; * Flexible Meal/Voucher Allowance; * SESC Partnership; * Physical Health Program – TotalPass; * Day Off – Healthcare Professionals; * Childcare Assistance (per internal policy).
