Job Summary: ANX Indústria Mecânica Ltda is seeking a Production Leader to lead and manage production projects, ensuring efficiency and achievement of targets in a metallurgical manufacturing environment. This position offers an opportunity to lead and manage production projects, contributing to the company’s growth and operational efficiency. **Responsibilities:** *  Lead operational teams on the shop floor, ensuring adherence to daily production schedules and established targets. *  Monitor execution of production processes—including cutting, bending, assembly, welding, painting, and material handling—ensuring compliance with technical, quality, and safety standards. *  Guide appropriate use of machinery, equipment, and materials, focusing on operational efficiency. *  Ensure productivity by reporting results, deviations, and improvement opportunities to the Production Manager. *  Identify and proactively correct operational deviations, supporting continuous improvement initiatives and optimization of production processes. *  Maintain a safe, healthy, and respectful work environment, promoting appropriate behavior and attitudes. *  Strictly enforce safety regulations, encouraging safe practices and taking preventive action to reduce risks, incidents, and accidents. *  Maintain clear, objective, and aligned communication with the team, support departments, and leadership, ensuring proper information flow for goal attainment. *  Support the Production Manager in evaluating team performance, providing structured feedback, and contributing to employee development. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Production Leader, Foreman, or Supervisor in a metallurgical manufacturing environment. *  Solid technical knowledge of cutting, bending, assembly, welding, industrial painting, and material handling processes. *  Hands-on experience directly leading operational teams.
