Prepare motors, generators, and electromechanical accessories; perform final tests; collect data for decision-making, comparison against design specifications, and compliance with national and international standards; identify deviations; and propose rework for correction to ensure proper product functionality at customer sites.**Job Description** =================== **Main Responsibilities** * Receive products/equipment in the designated area and arrange appropriate handling to testing locations. * Install auxiliary systems such as fans, heat exchangers, radiators, hoses, and electrical extensions, based on test sheets and/or verbal instructions received. * Install high- and low-voltage electrical test and measurement circuits, verifying and ensuring proper insulation and wiring, connecting transformers, power supplies, control panels, and measuring instruments, in accordance with test sheet specifications and predefined schematics and procedures. * Verify the integrity of all circuits connected to machines/equipment under test, initiate first startup, perform adjustments, and release equipment for scheduled tests and trials. * Conduct and monitor all electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and vibration tests specified in test sheets for products and prototypes, as well as remanufactured machines and equipment, record measurement results, and submit completed data folders for required approvals and final customer release. * Participate in product inspections with customers, responding to requests from the Sales Department, accompanying Product Engineering, or acting upon delegation from immediate supervisors; identify root causes of defects, perform on-site repairs, or propose viable alternatives to resolve issues. * Regularly update and disseminate process performance indicators. **Required Qualifications and Experience** * Technical diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field. * Experience in maintenance of motors and generators, electrical machinery, commissioning, and electrical control systems. * Prior experience in large-scale industrial environments. * Availability to work on-site in Campinas/SP, including shift work. * Knowledge of ISO 9000, direct and alternating current, and electrical measurements: vibration, insulation resistance, ohmic resistance, power factor, measuring instruments, voltage regulation, electrical overloads, and dielectric losses. * Ability to read and interpret electrical and electronic drawings, diagrams, and schematics, as well as knowledge of functional/technical characteristics of electrical and electronic components. **Desired Qualifications or Attributes** * Initiative, resilience, proactivity, curiosity, willingness to learn, and flexibility. **Additional Information** ========================== **Relocation Assistance Provided:** No
