You will receive registration in the Professional Work Card and also participate in training programs to enhance your knowledge. With a daily workload of 6 hours—working 4 days per week at the company and 1 day attending the ESPRO course—you’ll stand out as a unique young professional! Working Hours: 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Course/Theoretical Training Hours: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM\. Initial ESPRO Course Stage: 7 days (Monday to Friday), online. Intermediate ESPRO Course Stage: Once per week, in-person at the ESPRO Campinas branch. Contract Duration: 16 months. The apprentice will begin activities at ESPRO in an online theoretical training format. They will remain in theoretical training for 7 days. After completion of this initial stage, the apprentice will start activities at the company and attend ESPRO once per week during the intermediate stage. The intermediate-stage course will be conducted in-person at the ESPRO Campinas branch. **Responsibilities:** Performs mechanical maintenance on components, equipment, and machines used in diverse industrial activities. Plans maintenance activities. Assesses operational conditions and performance of industrial machine components and equipment. Lubricates machines, components, and tools. May perform machine and equipment modernization—retrofitting—. Documents technical information.
