What You’ll Do Here: * Coordinate restaurant operations during your shift; * Lead, engage, and develop the store team; * Actively support operational tasks—rolling up your sleeves alongside the team; * Manage financial controls: cash closing, report analysis, and bank reconciliation; * Ensure daily operations: store opening and closing, sales control, goal management, and team meetings; * Set an example through attitude, service excellence, and commitment to results. What We’re Looking For: * Completed high school education; * Availability to work morning and afternoon shifts; * Retail experience is considered a plus.
