A philanthropic hospital entity is seeking a Human Resources Specialist in Piracicaba.
**Responsibilities:**
Participate in the hiring process, from document collection to new employee onboarding. Execute the termination process, verifying and completing required records. Manage employee time tracking, ensuring proper documentation, adjustments, and compliance with labor legislation. Collaborate with headquarters on payroll closing and verification. Directly support employees by clarifying questions regarding salaries, benefits, working hours, and other labor-related matters. Facilitate communication between units and headquarters, ensuring process alignment and effective communication. Disseminate internal announcements, ensuring institutional and operational information is accessible to all employees. Conduct recruitment and selection processes, as well as employee performance evaluations. Develop, deliver, and supervise team training, as well as internal marketing campaigns.
Previous experience as an HR Consultant, HR Analyst, HR Coordinator, or HR Manager may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position.
Bachelor's degree required. Relevant experience required.
