Key figures for the Group are approximately: Revenue of 3.8 billion euros, over 800 laboratories in 47 countries, and around 45,000 employees. **Job Description** Ensure that Analysis Reports are delivered on time and efficiently, meeting customer expectations. Communicate to customers the quality values of the services offered by Eurofins. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ensure that Analysis Reports are transmitted via LIMS accurately and within the timeframe expected by the client; * Support clients throughout the analysis process, from sample receipt to report issuance; * Promote accessibility and efficient use of the online sample registration and reporting system; * Provide technical clarifications regarding applied methodologies, possibly comparing different analytical protocols and assisting with result interpretation. Ensure all quality aspects of the analysis are demonstrated if a result is questioned; * Participate in marketing and sales initiatives, attending technical committee meetings organized by food industry representatives or government agencies; * Collaborate with the sales team on new projects requiring critical assessment of required service levels and the laboratory's capacity to perform analyses to meet customer demand. Efficiently utilize all available laboratory service levels to maximize project productivity and profitability; * Present analytical improvements to BUMA and Technical Managers that can be developed in synergy with other Eurofins laboratories, especially with "Centers of Excellence"; * Maintain close communication with ASMs from partner laboratories; * Create opportunities to expand technical, scientific, and regulatory knowledge. * Perform other related tasks as required or directed by supervisor. **Qualifications** Commitment, strong communication and interpersonal skills, organization, discipline, proactivity, dynamism, punctuality, flexibility, and agility. Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, Food Science, Food Engineering, or related fields. Specialization in the field is a plus.
