Would you like to join our team? **Primary Location:** Brazil (BR) \- São Paulo \- Indaiatuba **Function:** Technology (CA) **Title:** Software Engineer PL \- Indaiatuba/SP \- 118674 As a Software Engineer PL on the Platforms \& Services team at John Deere Brasil in Indaiatuba/SP, you will work within an agile product team, supporting the development of technical solutions. Your focus will be learning our product design, coding, and performing tests to deliver features of standard complexity. This role involves working under the guidance of senior engineers to develop your technical skills and contribute to team objectives, identifying and organizing necessary resources alongside a global team. **Key Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Contribute to the development and maintenance of existing and new applications using Node, TypeScript, and React JS, ensuring scalability and code efficiency; * Participate in the development of scalable, highly available distributed systems, ensuring solution robustness and efficiency; * Collaborate on leveraging AWS cloud services for developing and implementing innovative solutions; * Contribute to creating and maintaining unit, integration, and end-to-end (e2e) tests to ensure software quality; * Contribute to implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions; * Use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform to efficiently manage and provision infrastructure; * Collaborate with the team to promote best development practices, innovation, and continuous team evolution. **Required Skills** -------------------------------- * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields; Intermediate English (capable of participating in meetings, explaining technical concepts, and writing clear documentation); * Experience as a developer writing code for web applications (TypeScript and React); * Practical experience managing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to accelerate delivery and ensure software quality; * Manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to provision and maintain complex environments efficiently; * Cloud experience, designing and implementing secure and resilient cloud architectures on AWS; * Experience consuming and building APIs (REST/RESTFUL); * Active participation in developer communities; * Effective communication skills. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications** ---------------------- * Experience with other DevOps and SRE tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Grafana, Datadog, OpenSearch, linting, BitBucket, New Relic, Elasticsearch, etc.); * Experience with multiple programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Golang, React Native, etc.); * Experience using containers for server orchestration (e.g., Docker, ECS/K8s, etc.); * Experience contributing to open-source platforms/tools; * Experience with technical best practices such as code reviews, clean code, and microservices; * Understanding of event-driven architecture; * Experience with internal developer portals; * Knowledge of OAuth and OIDC. **Our Key Benefits** * Variable compensation; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Private pension plan; * Eyewear benefit; * Vaccine reimbursement; * Corporate University; * TotalPass; * Depending on the location, you may have an on-site cafeteria, meal voucher, or food allowance; * Pharmacy allowance; * And more \#LI\-Hybrid **Our Selection Process** Selection begins with your application.
