Willingness to travel; Preferred qualifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM certifications; Prior experience in the highway, mobility, or toll sector. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and monitor system development and implementation projects (from inception to final delivery); Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and KPIs, ensuring SLAs and technical quality; Align customer expectations with technical requirements and internal capabilities; Lead kickoff, follow-up, and closure meetings clearly and objectively; Coordinate cross-functional teams and mediate interfaces with internal departments (logistics, engineering, procurement, etc.); Conduct technical site visits and support requirement definition, validations, and pre-sales activities; Serve as the single point of contact for the client throughout the entire project lifecycle; Supervise analysts and ensure the team’s technical development; Monitor field implementations.
