**In partnership with Company, in RMC / Campinas Metropolitan Region (SP), we are looking for:** **INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY MANAGER** **(experience in Technology and/or Telecommunications companies is desirable)** * **Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields. Postgraduate degree/specialization in Project Management and/or People Management is desirable;** * **Experience in managerial roles within the Technology area, in companies with very high use of technology in their services, preferably in Technology and/or Telecommunications companies;** * **Strong leadership skills, effective communication, strategic planning, project management, and deep technical knowledge for innovations and resolution of complex issues;** * **Full availability and/or interest in working as a PJ/ Legal Entity (if not currently registered, may open a company after approval);** * **Must reside in or have easy access to the Campinas Metropolitan Region and/or be able to relocate quickly.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Manage technological infrastructures, systems, and IT team to ensure company operations are supported and optimized** * **Define IT strategies, lead system implementations and developments, ensure information security, and manage department budget.** **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** * **PJ position.** * **On-site work.** * **ATTRACTIVE FIXED COMPENSATION.
