Profile: A professional who excels at people management without losing touch with operational execution, possesses technical understanding of content production and tools, and maintains a strong focus on results and performance. Driven to deliver outcomes and eager for growth (an environment rich in opportunity). In addition to strategic vision regarding content, production, and team management, the professional will also be responsible for other area-related activities, such as approving new websites, researching trends, etc. A strong sense of responsibility is essential, given the need to deliver results in a dynamic, high-performance environment. About the Company: We operate in the publishing sector with dozens of blogs and content websites across diverse segments. Requirements: Content production; Strategic vision; People and process management; AI tools; Growth marketing. Desirable: Experience in related fields (publishing, programmatic media, inbound, digital marketing, info-products, etc); Knowledge of web technologies, WordPress, etc. Other Information: PJ contract \- Competitive remuneration; 100% in-person, Monday to Friday in Campinas (mandatory); Highly pleasant work environment (humanized performance culture).
