Professional growth We are seeking a Financial Analyst to work in the Accounts Payable area, with an analytical, organized, and deadline- and control-oriented profile, ensuring accurate execution of the company's financial obligations and contributing to the business's financial health. **Main responsibilities:** – Analyze, verify, and record invoices, bank slips, and other financial documents. – Schedule and monitor payments (bank slips, wire transfers, PIX, and others). – Manage due dates and ensure compliance with deadlines. – Monitor cash flow related to financial obligations. – Prepare management reports and departmental KPIs. – Maintain organization of financial files and documents. – Support internal and external audits, as required. **Requirements:** – Completed bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management, or related fields. – Prior experience in finance, especially in Accounts Payable. – Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Excel. – Familiarity with bank reconciliation procedures and cash flow control. – Analytical, organized profile with a strong sense of responsibility. **Preferred qualifications:** – Experience with financial management systems. – Basic understanding of tax legislation applicable to invoices. – Experience in budgetary control and financial KPIs. **Salary:** To be negotiated.
