Operational Leader Position We are looking for a Team Leader / Operational Supervisor to work at Doces Di Mel, a bakery and café with a lean team and close customer service. This is an operational position in which the person will directly serve the public, with the additional responsibility of organizing the store’s daily routine and leading a small team. We seek someone mature, responsible, and with strong communication skills—someone who enjoys interacting with people and contributing to an organized, friendly, and professional work environment. * Store opening * Customer service (in-person and via WhatsApp) * Environment organization and cleaning * Daily store routine organization * Team monitoring and guidance * Ensuring service standards and professional conduct * Direct support to the owner in daily supervision * Supporting and assisting with social media SCHEDULE * Tuesday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Saturdays and Sundays: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (fixed day off every Monday and one Sunday per month) CANDIDATE PROFILE * Prior experience leading a team * Mature, responsible, and organized profile * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor * Passion for customer service, communication, and client relations * Charisma and initiative * Ability to work effectively within a small team * Commitment to daily routines and team responsibilities We seek candidates residing in the Barreiro region or with easy access to the store. * This is not a freelance position. * This is not a temporary position. * This is not an entry-level position.
