Manage wine, beverage, and product inventory, ensuring timely restocking and proper storage. Plan sales strategies, promotions, and initiatives to foster customer loyalty. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and internal procedural standards. Monitor performance indicators, sales targets, and store financial results. Resolve customer conflicts and requests, ensuring an outstanding service experience. Organize and oversee daily operations, including store opening and closing. Train, motivate, and develop the team, promoting a productive and collaborative work environment. Previous roles such as Sales Supervisor, Store Coordinator, Sales Manager, or Sales Team Leader may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
