Strong leadership skills and proactivity Job Description: GENERAL SUPERVISOR **EXPERIENCE IN APPAREL AND LEADERSHIP IS REQUIRED** RESPONSIBILITIES: * Customer acquisition * Customer service * Sales * Team coordination * Organization * Sales closing * Employee entry/exit control Requirements: * Passion for women's fashion and knowledge of current trends. * Experience in sales and customer service. * Ability to communicate effectively via WhatsApp and social media. * Proactivity and willingness to learn and grow with the company. * Friendly, charismatic, and customer-oriented attitude. * Commitment to work * Strong leadership ability Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1:35 lunch break Saturdays: 8:40 AM to 2:00 PM, with a 0:55 lunch break Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Salary: R$2.500,00 - R$3.000,00 per month + COMMISSION ON TARGETS Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Salary: R$2.500,00 - R$5.000,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Experience: * Telemarketing (Preferred) * Sales (Preferred) * Customer Service (Preferred) License/Certification: * Brazilian National Driver's License Category B (Preferred)
