




**Position Objective** We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to lead the medium- and long-term commercial strategy, in collaboration with senior management and aligned with the group’s international guidelines. This role will be responsible for executing and monitoring commercial targets, managing the sales team and customer service, with a focus on results, talent development, and strengthening relationships with strategic customers. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and develop the commercial team, comprising sales professionals (domestic and international markets), customer service, and marketing. * Promote continuous training and professional development initiatives for the team. * Based on senior management’s directives and the group’s margin objectives, prepare the annual budget for Latin America. * Continuously monitor sales forecasts and implement corrective actions when necessary. * Serve as the liaison among commercial, production, and PCP (Production Control and Planning) departments, ensuring customer satisfaction and excellence in delivery and product quality. * Cultivate and expand relationships with the company’s key customers. * Conduct strategic visits and business trips to strengthen commercial ties and identify new business opportunities. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields. * Proven experience leading commercial teams. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Spanish and English. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Highly organized, disciplined, and results-oriented profile. * Advanced Excel proficiency; knowledge of Power BI is required. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in multinational corporations. * Experience working with Latin American markets. * Solid experience in budget and forecast management. * (Please include salary expectations) Job Type: Permanent Pay: R$1,756.48 – R$6,756.48 per month
