Team management and support to the store manager in daily operations We are seeking a coordinator to support the store's General Manager in daily routines. Candidates must have relevant experience, flexible availability, people management skills, and convenient access to and willingness to work at Polo Shopping. We expect the coordinator to possess strong team management capabilities, build effective relationships with team members, provide direction and supervision for all daily store operations, and support the store manager. Our company is well-established in the market with over 20 years in retail commerce and operates 20 stores. The coordinator will specifically work the second shift from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, on a 6-day-on/1-day-off schedule.
