Develop and implement maintenance improvements and new projects Human Resources Consulting seeks a Maintenance Coordinator in Itu (Cidade Nova). **Responsibilities:** Coordinate and guide the maintenance team (mechanical, electrical, and building). Plan and monitor preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities. Monitor PCM work and ensure compliance with maintenance plans. Develop and implement maintenance improvements and new projects. Monitor and analyze departmental performance indicators. Control maintenance costs, including replacement parts and services. Train, develop, and evaluate the team. Manage people (feedback, performance monitoring, etc.). Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and best practice standards. Participate in strategic meetings with other company departments. Identify new technologies and solutions for continuous process improvement. Perform tasks typical of a Maintenance Coordinator role. On-site work in Itu / SP. Previous experience as Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Leader, or Maintenance Management Specialist may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
