RESPONSIBILITIES: * Plan and manage operations related to goods receipt, warehousing, distribution, and inventory control. * Ensure compliance with SLAs, performance indicators, and service levels. * Develop and monitor KPIs such as OTIF, lead time, inventory turnover, stockout rate, logistics cost, and productivity. * Lead, develop, and engage operational and administrative teams, promoting a performance-oriented culture and continuous improvement. * Participate in budget formulation and control for the area, seeking cost efficiency and economies of scale. * Implement process improvements, automation, and adoption of logistics technologies. * Ensure compliance with safety standards, applicable legislation, internal policies, and operational best practices. * Collaborate closely with departments such as Procurement, Sales, Operations, Planning, and Finance. REQUIREMENTS: * Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields. * Proven experience in people management, with focus on team development, leadership training, and sustaining operational performance. * Solid experience in logistics management, preferably in retail. * Experience managing workplace climate, operational discipline, continuous feedback, and leading teams under pressure and during change. * Experience managing inventories, transportation, distribution, and distribution centers. * Proficiency in logistics metrics and data analysis for decision-making. * Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP or similar) and BI tools. * Knowledge of SAP MM or EWM modules. * Experience leading large operational teams, shifts, and hierarchical structures. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Management. * Experience in logistics transformation, automation, or restructuring projects.
