




**Join us as Maintenance Coordinator – Process Digitalization and Automation** **Function:** Supply Chain **Scope:** Local **Location:** Indaiatuba Factory, Indaiatuba-SP **Terms and Conditions:** Full-time, administrative hours. **PURPOSE OF THE ROLE** This role exists to drive innovation and digitalization within the maintenance function at the Indaiatuba factory, through transformative project development, fostering a culture of creativity, and continuously improving processes via artificial intelligence—with projects focused on safety, sustainability, and reliability. We invite you to be part of something bigger. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Coordinate and ensure application of the best industry-standard techniques for maintaining electro-electronic systems, automation and control systems, and instrumentation by site instrument technicians, aiming to eliminate or minimize business impact; * Coordinate implementation and application of the professional maintenance pillar at the Indaiatuba site, including development, monitoring, and improvement of corrective action labels, failure analysis, time-based maintenance plans, cyclic maintenance, condition-based maintenance plans, and digitalization initiatives across industrial maintenance, utilities, and building services areas. * Implement and maintain an instrument calibration plan aligned with regulatory safety and quality standards or Unilever’s site-specific policies; * Ensure application of UMS (Unilever Maintenance System) techniques within the area of responsibility to enhance equipment reliability and availability, thereby contributing to the factory’s OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness). * Coordinate implementation and application of failure analysis methods using tools such as 5G, 5W1H, Ishikawa Diagram, 5 Whys, and other relevant analytical tools. * Collaborate with manufacturing teams to integrate autonomous and professional maintenance pillars, optimizing both manufacturing and maintenance processes. * Collaborate with production planning teams to optimize scheduling of maintenance activities and minimize their impact on productivity; * Coordinate and control maintenance costs by pursuing simplification and flexibility strategies that improve budgetary efficiency for the department. * Lead the maintenance team inclusively—engaging and raising awareness among team members regarding safety, environmental stewardship, and respect for people. * Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental procedures across all maintenance processes and personnel. * Manage the indirect materials warehouse, ensuring achievement of departmental inventory targets and assuming responsibility for approving material purchases alongside the Maintenance Manager. * Collaborate with the engineering team on development, monitoring, and commissioning of new projects. * Monitor and coordinate key maintenance KPIs and KAIs, with emphasis on meeting legal requirements and Unilever’s internal standards. * Plan and deliver training sessions on safety and environmental awareness, UMS, and other maintenance department needs. * Implement improvement projects targeting equipment, methods, labor, and materials—optimizing processes through digitalization and artificial intelligence. * Coordinate service and materials contracts to ensure optimal efficiency and quality in scope delivery and contracted materials. **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or Control & Automation Engineering. * Intermediate English proficiency * Familiarity with digital platforms, such as editing software, Power BI, Power Apps, and similar technologies. * Ability to analyze information and solve problems creatively. * Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data innovatively. **PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience with digital systems and artificial intelligence * Experience with predictive maintenance for mechanical and electrical equipment At Unilever, inclusion is at the heart of everything we do.
