Quality Management Assistant

Description

Responsible for supporting the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring monitoring of performance indicators, control of non-conformities, and process standardization, thereby contributing to continuous improvement, compliance with customer requirements, and operational efficiency. Collect information from departments to generate quality indicators; Monitor customer platforms to verify non-conformity dispositions; Control the non-conforming products area; Manage updates of standards on Planifer's internal network; Assist in preparing ITRs (Internal Technical Reports), as per analysis and guidance from the immediate supervisor; Support the development of documents related to the Quality Management System; Assist in organizing departments according to the 5S standards; Support Planning and Production Control (PCP) routines. Completed high school education; Technical training in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory; Knowledge or experience in the Quality field; Organizational skills, attention to detail, and good communication; Familiarity with 5S and non-conformities will be considered an advantage; Technical or technological course in Quality Management, QMS, or related fields; Experience in quality documentation; Knowledge of performance indicators, standards, ITRs, and non-conformity handling.
