Technical support in scope validation ### **Job Summary** Responsible for preparing and analyzing budgets for building and industrial installations, ensuring technical accuracy, competitiveness, and compliance with project requirements. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills, supplier interface experience, and proficiency in multidisciplinary projects, supporting strategic decision-making during the proposal phase. ### **Responsibilities** * Analyze installation projects (electrical, hydraulic, HVAC, fire protection, and automation). * Prepare detailed budgets, cost breakdowns, and proposal equalization. * Perform quantity take-offs based on project drawings and technical documents. * Request, analyze, and compare technical and commercial proposals from suppliers. * Interpret tender documents, descriptive memoranda, and bidding documents. * Provide technical support for scope and proposal validation with relevant departments. * Organize and update budget databases and standards. ### **Education and Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Automation, or related fields). * Experience in budgeting for building or industrial installations. * Ability to read and interpret multidisciplinary project documentation. * Intermediate/advanced Excel and AutoCAD skills. * Familiarity with Revit and intermediate English proficiency **(preferred)**. ### **Competencies** * Analytical mindset and attention to detail. * Organization and ability to manage multiple tasks. * Negotiation skills and critical evaluation capability. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Commitment to deadlines and delivery quality. ### **Benefits** * 13th-month salary receipt * Debit Note (ND – cost-of-living allowance) * Profit-sharing and meritocracy program * 30 days of vacation within the contractual period * Equipment provided by the company * Hybrid work schedule ### **Diversity \& Inclusion** We value diversity and encourage applications from **People with Disabilities (PCD).**
