The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for receiving and processing orders, serving internal and external customers, and maintaining up-to-date documentation and records, thereby contributing to departmental performance indicators.

**Position:** Customer Service Representative
**Work Location:** Campinas/SP
**Work Model:** Hybrid
**Key Responsibilities and Activities:**
* Receive, verify, and enter orders into the system,
* Respond to order inquiries from internal and external customers,
* Approve new customer creation in Salesforce,
* Initiate the Rush Orders process,
* Provide telephone support with agility and quality,
* Contribute to communication and resolution of complaints from internal and external customers,
* Document received orders and amendments from internal/external customers, attaching them to the system,
* Process and track return orders and credit notes,
* Execute processes established by management for the department, documenting them in their respective drivers and other controls—VAA, Order Audits, Growth, etc.,
* Document and maintain updated customer files and other department-related records,
* Understand and contribute to departmental KPIs,
* Approve customer registration and ensure data is always up to date,
* Collaborate across all departments to meet company deadlines and policies,
* Attend meetings and customer visits as assigned by management,
* Cover vacations and absences of other colleagues when necessary,
* Guide and direct initial customer contacts, documenting them in the system and forwarding to sales,
* Assist in communication between sales representatives and other company departments.
Requirements:
* High school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred,
* Must reside in the Campinas region,
* SAP knowledge required.
