Ensure compliance with tax, labor, and social security obligations. Calculate vacation pay, severance payments, overtime, and other labor-related entitlements. Monitor employee timekeeping. Analyze and verify social charges and taxes linked to payroll. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Provide support and clarify HR- and labor-related questions for employees. Participate in union negotiations and collective bargaining agreements. Administer benefits and employee incentive programs. Contribute to projects and initiatives focused on continuous improvement within the HR department. Previous experience as an HR Specialist, HR Consultant, HR Coordinator, or HR Assistant may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
