Process Automation Specialist

Job Summary: Execute manufacturing process projects, research new technologies, and manage CAPEX to ensure smooth production operations. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in manufacturing process projects and equipment specification. 2. Study and implementation of continuous improvements for process optimization. 3. Interaction with various departments and suppliers for technical alignment. CLT opportunity, initially for a fixed term of 6 months. **Requirements** * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or related fields). * Experience with industrial automation and robotics. * Experience in the manufacturing industry. * Knowledge of stamping processes. * Knowledge of Lean tools. * Knowledge of problem analysis and resolution tools. * Experience with PFMEA and process flowcharts. * Intermediate English; advanced English is a plus. **Responsibilities:** * Execute projects in the manufacturing process area, specifying machines, equipment, and operational sequences. * Identify technical requirements, research suppliers, manufacturing processes, and new technologies. * Conduct technical and financial feasibility studies for submission to the decision-making committee. * Prepare technical specifications and comparative analyses for machine and equipment procurement. * Manage CAPEX, ensuring timely release, tracking, and delivery according to schedule. * Interact with Quality, Procurement, and Sales departments, as well as suppliers and customers, ensuring technical alignment and process effectiveness. * Control departmental cost and expense plans, prioritizing investments and optimizing resources. * Ensure smooth production operations, engaging maintenance and other resources as needed. * Participate in strategic meetings, presenting KPIs and proposing improvements. * Study and implement continuous improvements aimed at reducing scrap, PPM, increasing OEE, and improving process profitability. * Ensure compliance with environmental targets and the company’s Management Policy. 100% on-site in Indaiatuba, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:24 PM Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Life insurance * On-site meal * Meal voucher * Birthday day off * TotalPass
