Responsibilities and duties: * Deliver initial training for new and transferred employees; * Conduct refresher training for TAs, based on requests from the T&Q department; * Monitor operators in person or online; * Analyze performance gaps of operators/negotiators; * Identify improvement opportunities, develop and implement action plans for operator/negotiator development; * Develop operational scripts for operators and negotiators according to portfolio rules; * Monitor, when necessary, quality scores issued by third-party companies (V2 Estadão, GCC Boticário); * Conduct training sessions for operators and negotiators as required; * Deliver training on scripts, conversion techniques, customer service handling, systems, among others; * Create support materials for operator use; * Submit daily training reports (Feedback Capacity to Operations); * Align processes with leadership follow-up; * Attend meetings and handle tasks as requested by management; * Actively participate in training improvement programs, courses and other events, promoting the concept of continuous improvement; * Identify, propose and contribute to implementing improvement initiatives; * Contribute to maintaining cleanliness and organization in the workplace; * Comply with internal policies (including occupational safety) and operational procedures; * Perform related activities as required by the company.
