Strictly adhere to hygiene and safety standards during production. #### **About the Position:** * Work as a Bakery Production Operator, participating in all stages of the production process to ensure quality and efficiency in baking product manufacturing. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare and operate machinery and equipment used in bread, cake, and other bakery product production. * Monitor ingredient and product quality throughout the production process. * Weigh, mix, and shape doughs according to established standards. * Monitor equipment operation, performing adjustments and minor maintenance as required. * Strictly follow hygiene, safety, and good manufacturing practice (GMP) regulations. * Assist in cleaning and organizing the work area at the end of each shift. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience as a production operator, preferably in bakeries or food manufacturing industries. * Basic knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment operation. * Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends, if required. * Commitment to safety and quality standards. #### **Desirable Requirements (Preferred Qualifications):** * Technical certification in food science, baking, or related fields. * Knowledge of quality control and good manufacturing practices (GMP). * Experience with basic equipment maintenance. * Teamwork skills and strong communication ability.
