Monitor performance indicators and ensure plan compliance We are seeking a **Production Leader \- HEADQUARTERS UNIT** to work in the plastic injection segment, responsible for coordinating the operational team and ensuring production plans are met with quality, safety, and efficiency. INDUSTRIAL ENVIRONMENT EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead and guide the production team (operators, assistants, and setup personnel) * Monitor and ensure compliance with the production plan * Monitor performance indicators (productivity, scrap rate, efficiency, downtime) * Address operational issues in the plastic injection process * Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards * Support setups and mold changes when required * Promote workplace organization and good manufacturing practices **Requirements** * Prior experience as a team leader, supervisor, or similar role in an industrial environment * Experience with plastic injection processes * Knowledge of production routines and team management * Familiarity with industrial performance indicators (KPIs) * **Availability to work rotating shifts (Monday to Friday, 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM; alternate Saturdays, 7:15 AM to 3:15 PM)** **Benefits:** * Medical and dental assistance * Meal allowance (R$ 200.00\) * On-site meals * Transportation allowance * Profit-sharing program (PLR) Employment type: Direct hire (CLT) Salary: R$5\.000,00 \- R$6\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
