ABOUT THE POSITION The Industrial Area Operator will be responsible for monitoring, controlling, and operating productive activities in industrial areas, ensuring proper process operation, adherence to operational procedures, and compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Operate and monitor equipment and systems in industrial areas; * Monitor production processes and perform simple adjustments when necessary; * Conduct routine inspections, identify anomalies, and report them to leadership; * Strictly comply with operational procedures and safety (EHS) standards; * Maintain workplace organization, cleanliness, and standardization; * Support maintenance, production, and safety teams whenever requested; * Record operational information as directed by supervision. **Requirements:** * Experience as an Industrial Area Operator or in similar industrial roles; * Completed high school education; * Knowledge of operational procedures and industrial safety; * Commitment, attention, and responsibility. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in large-scale industrial facilities; * Familiarity with continuous production routines; * Training courses related to the industrial sector and occupational safety. **We Offer:** * Organized and safe industrial environment; * Opportunity for learning and professional growth; * Employment with a company that values discipline, experience, and teamwork.
