Job Summary: Heavy equipment operator for excavation, grading, and earthmoving on construction sites, ensuring safety and collaboration. Key Highlights: 1. Operating machinery such as backhoes and mini loaders 2. Collaborative work on construction sites 3. Focus on safety and equipment maintenance **Main Responsibilities** Operate yellow-line machinery including backhoes, mini loaders, and similar equipment on site activities; Perform excavation, soil grading, earth and material handling, and support civil infrastructure fronts; Assist in site organization, transportation of supplies, and field team support; Maintain equipment in proper working condition and report any abnormalities to the responsible person; Comply with safety procedures, use of PPE, and SSMA team instructions; Work collaboratively with supervisors, engineers, and other site teams. **Requirements** Proven experience as a backhoe and mini loader operator; Proficiency in operating machinery in construction environments (earthworks, infrastructure, subbases, etc.); Basic knowledge of safety practices for heavy equipment operation; Ability to follow technical instructions and field signage; Availability for standard construction site schedules. **Preferred Qualifications** Experience in large-scale projects; Experience working on multi-front construction sites; Certifications/training in heavy equipment operation. **Benefits:** * Breakfast; * On-site meal; * Life insurance; * Meal allowance of R$ 97.00; * Discount on Cacau Show products (head office); * Discount on Cacau Show hotels; * Respectful, supportive, and team-oriented work environment **Working Hours** * **Monday to Thursday:** **07:00 to 17:00** * **Friday:** **07:00 to 16:00** Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent position Compensation: Starting from R$2.800,00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
