Job Summary: A Nutrition Technician to monitor and guide food manufacturing, distribution, and transportation processes, ensuring quality and nutritional balance. Key Highlights: 1. Support in menu management and inventory control **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed Technical Nutrition program; Retail industry experience is a plus; Availability to work across all stores in the network, from 7:00 AM to 3:20 PM, on a 6x1 rotating schedule (Monday through Saturday). **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Monitor and guide food product manufacturing, distribution, and transportation processes; assist the Nutritionist with daily menus, inventory control, menu costing, operational losses, personal hygiene, and cleaning and sanitization of food, equipment, and utensils—ensuring compliance and nutritional balance to provide high-quality products to customers and employees. **COMPETENCIES:** Hygiene and Food Safety; Procurement Process; Excel - Intermediate Level; Problem Identification; Dish Preparation; INSTITUTIONAL - Results-Oriented INSTITUTIONAL Interpersonal Relationships **Minimum Educational Requirement:** Technical Course
