Performing macroscopic examinations of biopsies, surgical specimens, and necropsies. Procedures for biopsies, surgical specimens, and autopsies, including macroscopic scrutiny, histological processing, paraffin embedding, sectioning, and staining of histological slides. Staining of cytological slides. Preparing solutions for routine stains (H\&E) and special stains, such as Ziehl\-Neelsen, Grocott, Periodic Acid-Schiff, colloidal blue, among others. Performing immunohistochemical reactions, including tissue and reagent preparation, as well as antibody dilution. Performing general administrative tasks, including typing reports, completing health insurance forms, among others.
