Job Summary: Professional responsible for collecting biological samples, providing friendly customer service, and maintaining workplace organization. Key Highlights: 1. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for collecting biological samples. Provide friendly customer service in accordance with the Company’s technical and ethical standards. Responsible for keeping the sample collection booth organized, clean, and fully stocked with supplies. Guide customers on proper sample collection / distribute collection kits. Receive and inspect samples collected by customers. Confirm samples, prepare and package collected samples, and prepare the shipment batch for the reference laboratory. Assist with customer reception / registration of exams. Required Knowledge, Experience, and Prerequisites: Reside in Campinas. Completed high school education. Previous customer service experience is desirable. Demonstrate organizational and cleaning skills. Demonstrate communication skills – speaking and writing. Demonstrate interpersonal relationship and teamwork skills – professional ethics. Active COREN registration. Healthcare sector experience is a plus.
