




Job Description: * Completed technical qualification or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or related fields; * Intermediate/Advanced Excel proficiency; * Familiarity with microbial strain handling, preparation of culture media and solutions is desirable; * Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025:2017, Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), and Biosafety standards; * Critical and analytical thinking; * Proactive problem-solving attitude; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Prior experience in the role; * Availability to work in Campinas–SP, Monday through Friday during business hours; * Perform analytical determinations and maintain records in accordance with internal methods, official methods, third-party methods, and ISO/IEC 17025 requirements; * Prepare solutions and culture media; * Operate equipment including: semi-analytical balance, digital thermometers, laminar flow hood, pH meter, micropipettes, ovens, incubators, refrigerators, water baths, sample homogenizer, vortex mixer, magnetic stirrer, hot plate, colony counter, autoclave, thermal cycler, conventional PCR, and real-time PCR; * Sample preparation and homogenization; * Periodically calibrate equipment, monitor and inspect records, environmental conditions, and equipment used in testing; * Identify the need for revisions to procedures, calculation spreadsheets, and other departmental documents, reporting any improvement opportunities to the supervisor; * Apply statistical knowledge to perform calculations and evaluate test and study analysis results; * Dispose of waste and samples; * Wash glassware; * Organize the laboratory to comply with 5S principles; 2512040202181854568
