Maintenance of sector cleanliness and compliance **JOB SUMMARY (POSITION SUMMARY):** The Logistics Assistant is responsible for supporting receiving, inspection, storage, picking, and shipping of products and materials. This role involves organizing inventory and warehouse, ensuring accurate item movement and recording, as well as maintaining a clean, organized sector compliant with internal procedures and safety regulations. **RESPONSIBILITIES** ● Receive, inspect, and store products and materials ● Pick, inspect, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring product integrity and on-time delivery. ● Organize inventory to facilitate product access and movement. ● Monitor material inflows and outflows in the inventory management system. ● Support physical and cycle inventory control, identifying potential discrepancies. ● Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards and best practices. ● Provide support during supplier deliveries. ● Assist internal consultants and their requests. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** ● Completed high school education **Specific Knowledge (Technical Competencies):** ● Intermediate computer skills (Excel and inventory control systems); ● Prior experience in material handling, receiving, and distribution (preferred). **Skills:** ● Organization and attention to detail; ● Agility and proactivity; ● Good communication and teamwork; ● Commitment and attendance. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
