Job Summary: The Production Assistant is responsible for cleaning and organizing tanks, baskets, accessories, and production areas, as well as assisting with various tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance of organization and cleanliness in industrial environments **Job Responsibilities:** * Perform cleaning of medicine and gelatin tanks as required by production, on-site, in the appropriate manner and using suitable cleaning agents; * Clean drying baskets used in softgel dryers, with support from the production team for removal and placement onto carts, as well as for assembly; * Clean all accessories used in compounding operations, such as buckets, spoons, shovels, ladles, etc.; * Place cleaned items into labeled plastic bags, clearly indicating cleaning information, cleaning date, and cleaning validity period; * Assist in cleaning rooms, corridors, floors, doors, walls, and ceilings within internal production areas—including softgel, packaging, hard capsule, and other production rooms; * Clean internal and external laboratories; * Clean semi-finished product packaging rooms; * Dispose of used cleaning materials at designated locations, as well as empty containers of cleaning products; * Monitor consumption of cleaning supplies and materials, and recommend procurement when necessary. Keep DMLs clean and organized, with materials easily accessible and visible to facilitate control; * Assist with external area cleaning upon request (e.g., restrooms, administrative offices, meeting rooms), and replenish dispensers with hand sanitizer, soap, paper towels, caps, toilet paper, masks, etc., in changing rooms, restrooms, and the changing room as needed; * Restock white-area production coveralls in designated production team lockers. Collect used garments and bag them for laundry; collect white cleaning cloths used for capsules from drying baskets and bag them accordingly; * Correctly and consistently use PPE as provided and instructed by the company; * Perform other production assistant-related duties as requested—including manual kit and product assembly, rework activities such as label removal and handling of defective-packaged products, sector inventory, among others—on an ad-hoc basis. **Candidate Requirements:** * Availability to work flexible hours; * Ability to collaborate effectively within teams; * Completion of elementary education.
