Focus on customer satisfaction and project success **[Services] Junior Implementation Analyst | Retail** ======================================================== TOTVS | Limeira - SP | On-site, Hybrid Job Description Role Mission Directly contribute to the implementation and maintenance of software for TOTVS clients and internal projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and the success of assigned projects. Responsibilities and Duties **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** * Responsible for implementing and providing technical and functional support to users of key modules in the TOTVS Protheus system, ensuring correct operation, stability, and usability of the system for Purchasing, Inventory, Billing, Production Control (PCP), Tax, Finance, and Accounting departments; * Provide technical support to users via remote access or on-site assistance; * Gather and design business requirements (Materials and Controllership). Requirements and Qualifications **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Education: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Administration, Accounting, or related fields; * Demonstrated experience with implementation, migration, and support processes for recent versions of TOTVS Protheus in Fiscal Management, Finance, Accounting, and Fixed Assets modules; * Advanced knowledge of configurations, routines, integrations, and functionalities of the aforementioned modules; * Knowledge of interfaces among modules COM, EST, FAT, PCP, ATF, FIN, CTB, and FIS, as well as integration capabilities with Protheus Controllership; * Preferred: Creation of ADVPL syntaxes for Standardized Entries, CNAB files, and knowledge of Tax Configuration Tool Desirable Qualifications **IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAD:** * Familiarity with TOTVS solutions. * Critical analytical and problem-solving skills; * Clear and concise communication skills with users and technical teams; * Ability to work collaboratively in teams; * Self-development capability.
