You will be responsible for preparing our famous breads and desserts, ensuring the quality and flavor our customers love. If you are passionate about gastronomy, energetic, and enjoy the hustle and bustle of a busy kitchen, this job is for you! **Your Responsibilities:** * **Assist with bakery operations**, from pre\-preparation to product distribution. * Work under supervision, following specified quantities, **visual quality standards**, and required deadlines. * Ensure **production and finishing** of products, always adhering to **food safety standards**. * **Clean the kitchen and utensils**, maintaining an organized and hygienic environment. * Demonstrate familiarity with **professional kitchen equipment**, such as mixers, blenders, and dough machines. **What We Are Looking For:** * **Previous professional experience** as a bakery assistant. * Ability to **learn our creative baking techniques**. * **Commitment and punctuality**. * **Availability to work** from 05:30 to 13:50 on a 6x1 rotating schedule with fixed weekly days off and one Sunday per month. * **Reside in Campinas**. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance or fuel voucher, * Meal allowance, * On\-site meals; * Variable tips * Pharmacy benefit plan * Welhub (Gympass) * Medical and dental insurance (after probationary period).
