Job Summary: Analyst responsible for daily mapping and prospecting, critical analysis of public notices, proposal assembly, strategic participation in bidding, and handling appeals and rebalancing. Key Highlights: 1. Capturing, screening, and actively participating in public tenders. 2. Preparing appeals, objections, and requests for economic rebalancing. 3. Focus, emotional control, and rapid logical-mathematical reasoning. Daily Mapping and Prospecting: Monitor and filter new business opportunities daily in a centralized manner via the Conlicitação portal and other official sources. Critical Analysis of Tender Documents: Read and interpret electronic auction notices and public calls for fresh produce in detail, identifying technical requirements, logistical delivery rules, time windows, and contractual risks. Proposal Preparation and Strengthening: Prepare commercial price proposals and organize the full documentation package for legal qualification, technical qualification, and certificates (CNDs) with zero errors, eliminating risks of formal disqualification. Strategic Participation and Bidding: Represent the company actively in virtual bidding rooms (electronic auctions on portals such as ComprasGov, BEC/SP, Licitações\-E, etc.), operating with agility and patience while strictly maintaining the minimum profit margin calculated with management/purchasing. Appeal and Defense Phase: Analyze competitors' proposals and documents in detail during the evaluation period, drafting well-founded appeals and consistent administrative submissions to disqualify non-compliant bidders. Preparation of Economic Rebalancing Requests (Realignment): Monitor price fluctuations in the perishables market and, when necessary, structure Economic-Financial Rebalancing Requests grounded in legislation (Theory of Unforeseeability) and supported by official reference quotations (CEAGESP, CEPEA/USP) and incoming invoices for submission to public agencies. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: Proven, solid experience in capturing, screening, preparing, and actively participating in public tenders (electronic and in-person auctions). Practical, daily proficiency in using the Conlicitação public tender intelligence platform. Proficiency in navigating and operating major public procurement portals: ComprasGov, BEC/SP, and Licitações\-E. Up-to-date knowledge of the New Public Procurement Law (Law No. 14\.133/2021\). Excellent legal and administrative writing skills (preparing appeals, objections to tender documents, and economic-financial rebalancing requests). High capacity for focus, emotional control under time pressure (during bid disputes), and rapid logical-mathematical reasoning. **7:30–17:30 with 1-hour lunch break, Monday to Friday** Compensation: R$3\.100,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
