Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Architectural Drafter to work on commercial projects, developing interior design projects, new constructions, and renovations. Key Highlights: 1. Development of electronic models and rendering We operate in the general field of architectural projects, primarily commercial ones, developing interior designs, new constructions, and renovations. ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTER POSITION \- Permanent employment. \- Hybrid (in-person and remote). \- Work location: Guacuri neighborhood / Itupeva-SP. \- Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. \- Salary range: R$2\.100,00 to R$3\.000,00 \- please indicate your salary expectation. \- Transportation allowance and on-site meal benefit. \- Education: Technical degree in building construction / currently pursuing architecture degree. \- Candidate profile: proactive / organized / communicative / strong team player. Candidate profile: focused on project development / \*availability to monitor construction sites / \*ability to quickly learn new work tools. Required experience in this role: 3 months. Technical skills: \*Revit / \*AutoCAD \- 2D drafting / \*SketchUp \- 3D modeling / \*Rendering / \*Experience in executive project development. Job responsibilities: \*Project development / \*On-site measurements / \*Electronic model development and rendering. Employment type: Permanent CLT contract.
